Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
All Collective Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and perform a basic safety check before riding.
What is your return policy for bikes and parts?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a bike has been assembled or ridden, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Do Collective Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames and forks are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear parts like tires, tubes, and brake pads are not included.
