At Collective Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all bike components and apparel remain in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
